Become a member

Timetell customers are not automatically members of the Timetell User Group (TUG). If they wish to join the user group, they need to register for membership.

As a Timetell user, TUG membership means:

1. Your interests are represented.
2. In the event of Timetell becoming insolvent:
   • TUG has access to the source code under the Escrow Agreement between TUG and Timetell. This applies to both Timetell Online and Timetell On-Premises customers.
   • Timetell Online and neXt customers benefit from a continuity guarantee. TUG will cover the hosting costs for a period of three months. This means that, in the event of Timetell becoming insolvent, you will continue to have access to your online Timetell applications for another three months.

Costs

Membership fees for Timetell Online customers

Due to the continuity guarantee, different TUG membership rates apply to Timetell Online and neXt customers. The membership fee depends on the size of the Timetell environment(s) and the server capacity required. An overview of the different rates is provided below.

The annual TUG membership fee for Timetell Online customers is a minimum of €100 and a maximum of €400. The applicable fee is determined at the time of registration and subsequently on 30 September each year, prior to annual invoicing.

After registering, you will receive confirmation of your TUG membership by email. This confirmation will also state the amount of your membership fee.

To provide the continuity guarantee, TUG regularly verifies its membership records with Timetell to ensure that they are always up to date.

You can register by completing and submitting the form below. The TUG secretariat will then contact you. For practical reasons, your registration will be sent to both the TUG secretariat and Timetell.
